Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

3 months of travel experience is required from last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Progressive Care Unit experience within the past 6 months.

Experience with Epic is required from last 12 months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a North Carolina license or compact license

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.

Required Skills/Experience: Skills Telemetry, TR Bands, Blood Products, and the Heparin/Cardiac drips.

Required Credentials: Associate Degree or Certificate

Shift & Scheduling:

• Start Date: 2/16 preferably or 2/23

• On Call/Call Back Requirements: None

• Weekend Rotation Requirements: Every other weekend (Friday and Saturday)

• Holidays: every other

Floating Requirements: Must float to MSO and Ortho units, potential to float to ICU to care for non-critical patients
