Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 10 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Illinois license

ACLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Flu vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Med Surg, Telemetry or Stepdown experience required Some oncology experience is required

Required Credentials: Current/Active Driver’s License or government-issued form of identification. Both front and back are required to be uploaded.

Special Requests: Limit of 1 day request off between 11/26/25-11/30/25 and 12/23/25-1/2/26 for all travelers regardless of holidays worked.

Shift & Scheduling: Shift Notes: May be asked to take charge and/or precept new hires Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend On Call Requirements: None

Floating Requirements: The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.
