Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Long Term Care experience within the past 12 months.
Experience with Athena is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Wyoming license or compact license

BLS (Required)
Vaccinations

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: 2-3 years of experience at minimum.
Shift & Scheduling: 8 ON 6 OFF! They will then have 3 nights off then work April 5th-8th. They will then start the rotation. Weekend Rotation : Rotates every other weekend. Holiday Rotation : RTO for holidays will NOT be approved for this specific contract. On Call/CB : Not required.
