Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
12 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.
12 months of Pediatric Intensive Care Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Nicotine free campus. Must test negative.

No Self Scheduling.

Trach and Vent experience is a must.

ACH / 5D5E Acute Care/Rehab/PCU

IVS to interview, auto offer with 3 days (No Holiday RTO) or less RTO.

Must have 1+ year in Acute Care Peds

Strong vents & tracs experience - Required

Floating is required to all Peds units; travelers are first to float.

RNs should expect 2-3 days of orientation and specialty testing for the facility.

Scheduling by manager or scheduler; no self scheduling.

Weekends may be required.

Holidays required, as needed.

Patient Population: Patients from birth to 21 years of age with the following illnesses: head injuries; spinal cord injuries; multiple trauma; burn injuries; pulmonary diseases, including tracheostomy and ventilator-dependent patients.

Types of Pediatric Surgery: Post-trauma surgery, burn surgery (complex burn dressing/graft management)
