All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years

OT Inpatient Rehab - Required

Block Schedules: No - Per manager discretion

Community Hospital Experience: Preferred

Patient Population: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics

Weekend Requirement: One weekend day (typically Sunday) every other weekend

Floating: Acute Rehab and other Inpatient floors.

Pre-Approved Time Off: 1 Request

Orientation: 40 Hours

Daily Census: 10 - 12

Holidays: Traveler must be willing to work 2 out of the 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year

Candidates will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospitals near by

Return Staff Policy: 3 months to return as traveler
