Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Intensive Care Unit experience within the past 3 years.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Oregon license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

ACLS (Required)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Flu vaccination required. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Vent management, pressor management

Preferred Skills/Experience: Experience w/ IABP and Impella, Vent management, pressor management, balloon pump experience

Minimum of 2.5-3 years of ICU experience, first time travel assignments are okay with acceptable experience

Required Credentials: References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

Shift & Scheduling: Typically every other weekend but varies based on needs, holidays required

Floating Requirements: Float to PCU which is our sister unit next door. We also get PCU and MED/SUR overflow within ICU.
