Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 10 months of RN First Assist experience.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Tennessee license or compact license

RN/CVOR First Assist

Required Skills/Experience:

Must have a minimum of 2 years OR experience.
Needs to have experience with heart transplants, need to be proficient in endoscopic vein harvesting.
Must have experience with needs to be able to do endoscopic vein harvesting with the Hemapro 2 and/or Vasoview 6 systems.
Will Scrub for this position.

Required Credentials: Government Issued Photo ID.

Types of Patients on Unit: Open heart, transplant, trauma/neuro. All case types: neuro, trauma, general, ortho, GYN, urology, ENT, plastics, cardiothoracic, vascular, transplant (liver, renal, pancreas), robotic, hybrid rooms (cysto, bronch, and lead extraction), ambulatory ortho, burn, hepatic-biliary.

Unit Details:

Level 1 trauma.
17 bed OR (inpt and outpatient) & 5 procedural.

Shift & Scheduling:

Every Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
Call will be required with a 30 min response time.

Floating Requirements: Could float between OR but not locations.
