Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 10 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience within the past 3 years.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Minnesota license

Intermediate AWHONN FHM (Required)

ACLS (Required)

Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.

Shift and scheduling:

Days/Nights Rotating Friday - Tuesday

Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend. Rotating weekends as needed.

Unit details:*

100% inpatient Surgical services: OB-GYN; Post-Op;

Required skills/experience:

Circulate and High-risk OB/Antepartum is a must.

Preferred skills/experience:

Pre-Op Scrub skills would be nice, but not required.

Procedures/ Diagnostics/ Treatments performed on unit:

Special Procedures: Cerclage, Terminations
