Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

High School completion required

3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Required Skills / Experience: Current inpatient acute hospital experience

Unit / Facility Details: Heart Care Unit

Special Requests: An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.

Shift & Scheduling: Every Other Weekend and Holiday Rotation

On-Call / Call Back: None

Floating Requirements: Candidate may float to Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital, Mukwonago and other units as needed.

Employee should not be asked to work outside of his/her Clinical skills unless approved by employee, unit manager, shift advisor, and Staffency. Candidate will be required to float to units and facilities based on census.
