Travel Nurse (RN) - Medical Surgical Unit

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

First-timers accepted: Yes

Weekend REQ: Will work every other weekend. If requested time off falls on weekend traveler would be scheduled per rotation, traveler will be scheduled additional weekend to make up for time away.

Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Will float as needed. Floating is 100% required of all travelers - Candidates will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospital/s near by

Special Requirements: PICC line management and experience with Starting IVs is required.

Must be willing to take trach and laryngectomy patients - experience not required but must be willing to learn and take these patients.

Scrub Color: Any solid color.

Parking Cost: parking permit required, no cost. Will fill out form during orientation.

Candidate must work 2 out of 3 major holidays.

Any PERM or PRN employee of Memorial must be away for 12 months before applying as a traveler
