Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from last 3 months.

24 months of Case Management experience is required from last 12 years.

BSN completion preferred

3 months of experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a California license

An interview may not be available prior to offer.

Travelers may float at any time between units and mid-shift to meet the needs of the patients and Client Facilities.

Facilities are not accepting holiday RTO at this time - no holiday RTO requests will be allowed for submission. You can discuss with leadership once onsite for consideration.

Must be able to start within 4 weeks of receiving an offer.

No block scheduling requests.

Shift: 8/8:30 to 4:30/5:00

Interqual, case management, SNF placement, insurance authorization, and Powerchart.

Experience with difficult soci-economic pts, homelessness, and substance use/abuse experience highly desirable.

Graduate from a BRN approved school of registered nursing

Minimum of three years of clinical nursing experience: Preferred

Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or Certification in Case Management (CCM): Preferred

Potential exposure to blood and body fluids
