Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Speech-Language Pathology experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

An interview may not be available prior to offer.

Shift: 7:30am start time M-Th, start later on Fridays , outpatient clinic hours are 6am-7pm

Guaranteed 40 hours per week

Weekend Requirement: normally 3 weekend shifts per quarter (might have to work one, maybe two weekends depending when their contract falls) travelers may have option to choose to work Saturday or Sunday or both, this is negotiable, will not be a deal breaker if traveler cannot work weekends.

Scrub Color/Uniform: Outpatient setting business casual - collared shirt and nice pants, can wear lab jacket if they want, inpatient - have to wear dignity health polos, they will be able to provide them if needed

What areas are they required to cover?: Inpatient is primarily medsurg, tele, and ICU with minimal ER and Peds.

Floor specific orientation: several shifts

Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Stroke, TBI's, oral/head/neck Cancer, outpatient setting will see 2x more peds so if they are working outpatient setting they will need to have peds experience
