Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Physical Therapy experience.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Dress Code: Artificial nails are not permitted. Hair coloring must be natural colors, acceptable hair coverings should be worn if hair coloring is outside of natural color. Visible face and neck tattoos are not acceptable. Tattoos reflecting racial, nudity, or derogatory images or words must be covered.

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8-5

Weekend Requirements: Weekend Rotation (1 every 5)- covering inpatient units.

Holiday Requirements: May be asked to go in the Holiday Rotation.

What areas are they required to cover?: Primarily hospital based outpatient PT.

Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Total joints, back/shoulder/foot pain, some neuro (TBI, stroke, Parkinson's).

Experience or 'Must have' skills & common job duties: Must have 1 year of outpatient PT experience. Would consider someone with inpatient only experience.
