Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.
Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Iowa license or compact license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
Vaccinations
Flu vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Required credentials: Current/Active Driver's License or government-issued form of identification. Both front and back are required to be uploaded. BLS must be AHA/Active American Heart Association or ARC.
- Work history/resume/employment history must have 24 months of current medical surgical experience [required]
- Skills Checklist must be specific to the discipline listed on the job (medical surgical) – [required]
Shift & schedule requirements: Primarily Day shift, but must be flexible to work an occasional Night shift. Can accommodate 48 hrs/wk. No Call, every other weekend including holiday rotation.
Floating requirements: Traveler will be required to float across Med Surg units throughout St. Luke's Hospital
