Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required from last 3 months.
36 months of Case Management experience is required from last 3 months.
Experience with Meditech is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Massachusetts license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
ACM (Preferred)
Vaccinations

You will be required to complete proctored testing prior to attending orientation.

Preferred: ACM, CCM or CMAC

Biweekly starts

All RTO requests must be presented at time of submission

Contract Guarantee hours= 72 Hours Biweekly on all Assignments

Travelers who have worked for Beth Israel Lahey Health as travel, perm or per diem within the last year will not be accepted - Must be separated from facility for one year to be considered
