Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 12 months of Speech-Language Pathology experience within the past 12 months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License

Preferred Skills and Experience: Cannot take CFYs – Fully licensed SLP with acute or LTACH experience.
Unit and Facility Details: LTACH. Parking location: Off street free parking available. EMR for your facility: Proutouch.
Shift & Scheduling Requirements: Monday to Friday. Weekends on request.
Floating Requirements: Ontario and Riverside.
