Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of Cardiothoracic Intensive Care Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Missouri license or compact license

ACLS (Required)

Additional Details:

May request one holiday off per assignment and are expected to work every other holiday.

Guaranteed Hours: 36

Weekend Hours: As needed/rotating.

Holidays: Rotating.

Float Requirements: Will float to ICU and any progressive unit as needed.

Patient Ratios: Typical 1/2; will vary during shift based on needs.

Must Have Skills/Experience: Cardiac/open heart, CABG a must.

Type of Patients on Unit: Heart surgery, Neuro (stroke, brain surgery)
