24 months of role experience is required from last 3 months.
24 months of Case Management experience is required from last 3 months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a California license

BLS (Required)

Case Management (Utilization Review)
Guaranteed Hours: 40
Shift Notes: 8 hour days with rotating weekends
Must have solid experience in Care Coordination.
Must have prior CA Dignity experience or they will not consider.
