Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Cardiovascular Operating Room experience.

Experience with Meditech is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Massachusetts license

Operating Room - Open Heart - Required

Required Skills / Experience: 1 - 3 years related work experience

Must have at least one year OR Nursing experience

Preferred Skills / Experience: RN who can both scrub and circulate; scrub is not required

Experience in a teaching hospital and specialty area expertise

Parking can cost up to $43/day in some cases - please reach out for details

Shift & Scheduling: 4x10: 6:45a – 5:15p (primary), rotate to 9-7:30p or 5x8: (6:45a - 3:15p; rotate 11a - 7:30p).

One weekend of call a month – Cardiac or Endovascular Call Friday 7pm - 7am Monday.

One 2 or 4- hour Short Call shift / once a week: 515p-715p, 3:15p-7:17p, or 7p - 9p. CVI call/one night a week: 7:00p -7a (cardiac or endovascular emergency call)

30-minute response time when on call

Holidays: Eligible to work any while on contract
