Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Physical Therapy experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Skills checklist must be completed within the last 6 months for Application. Upon accepting an offer, you will be assigned Relias exams that must be taken immediately (within 48hrs). If you fail the exam twice, this may result in an immediate cancellation by the facility.

Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.

Start Date: 8/18 every other Mon Tues

Shift: Monday to Friday (flexible based on patient load).

Saturdays only 1-2/month generally cover acute at Bertie and Chowan comp time during the week.

Guaranteed Work Week: 36

Possibility to pick up OP hours if needed to supplement to 40.

No Local Clinicians- 80 mile radius - can screen if 50-80 miles

Majority acute with flexing to outpatient, weekend rotation, dry needling a bonus but not necessary
