Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Travel experience is required from any number of months.
Must have at least 12 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience within the past 12 months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Iowa license or compact license

Additional Details:

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀: Onboarding Requirements:

  1. MUST have Iowa SING BG to clear (Criminal portion and Child Abuse portion required) - NO EXCEPTIONS
  2. All BG checks (counties and states) must be fully cleared prior to start - NO INSTANT OR STATEWIDE SEARCHES ACCEPTED
  3. Mandatory reporter cert required (Child and Adult)
  4. Drug Test MUST be 10 panel screening including opiates.
  5. Titers must be within last 12 months (MMR, Hep B, Varicella, TB)
  6. Will allow Monday or Tuesday starts.
