Additional Details:

A minimum of 12 months acute care experience in the United States is required. Unit experience must include 12 continuous months.

Shift: Sun- Tues *Possibility of a nights shift schedule opportunity if needed (12s).

Required: Two years as a generalist that can work all departments such as hematology, chemistry, blood bank, and coagulation.

The Lab Technician demonstrates critical thinking skills, judgement and leadership in the practice of laboratory technology. The Lab technician is responsible and accountable for the efficient planning, directing and accurate provision of all laboratory testing for inpatients and outpatients. The lab technician practices in accordance with laboratory policies, procedures, regulatory standards, recognized testing techniques and administrative policies.
