Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Physical Therapy experience with 12 months within the past 3 years.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Required Credentials:

• PT degree (bachelor/master/doctorate)

• Must produce a negative drug screen for all panels.

Preferred Credentials: If traveler is trained in PFMD (pelvic floor) or lymphedema certified, it would be a huge plus.

Special Requests: RTO for submission

Shift & Scheduling:

• Monday - Friday.

• Occasional weekend inpatient coverage possible.

• Holiday Requirement: PT coverage is expected

Floating Requirements: Outpatient is primary, acute IP on weekend rotation.
