Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

9 months of Intensive Care Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a New Hampshire license or compact license

Additional Details:

No block scheduling requests.

Must be able to start within 4-5 weeks to apply

Must have at least 9 months of same unit experience in the past 12 months, no exceptions.

Mixed patient population, open ICU

Scheduling:

Self-scheduling encouraged

Weekend: Every Other Weekend

OT ok if available

Flexible scheduling

Floating policy: ICU may float to critical care or intermediate care areas when needed

Required:

Medical and Surgical ICU experience

AIBP experience - Preferred

Procedures on Unit: Ventilator care, Therapeutic Hypothermia, PCI/STEMI, IABP, invasive hemodynamic monitoring, TEE/cardioversion, temp pacer, Sepsis, Stroke/TPA, DKA. ICU RNs are responders for Code Blue and Rapid Response Team

Dress Code: Professional scrubs and appearance at all times (specific color not required at this time)
