Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience is required.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Missouri license or compact license

Additional Details:

Special Requests: May request one holiday off per assignment and are expected to work every other holiday.

Shift & Scheduling:
Weekend Hours: As required by facility. Every Other Weekends
Call Requirements: Stand by for low census, 1 hour to report
Holidays: Rotating

Equipment Used on Unit: IV pumps, chest tubes, GE monitoring, Artic Sun, glucometers, feeding pumps etc

Required Skills/Experience: Must have high acuity ICU. Must be able to titrate complex IV gtts to include vasopressors. Mst be able to take care of very complex patients.

Types of Patients on Unit: Medical, surgical, traumas, strokes.

Required Credentials: Must have copy of Social Security Card/ Driver’s License
