Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Step Down Unit experience.
References
Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: 2 years PCU / Med-Surg Telemetry Acute Care experience.
Required Credentials: Driver License is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on drivers license.
Unit and facility details:
- Traveler will be placed on a unit where the greatest need is whether it is a PCU or Med/Surg/Tele unit based on the traveler's skills; will accept a M/S or Stepdown RN - same credentialing for both skills.
- Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/TDAP declinations.
Shift & Scheduling:
- All jobs with a 12 hour schedule have the option of a 36 or 48 hour work week.
- Every other weekend, every other holiday.
Floating Requirements: Will need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed.
