12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

12 months of Physical Therapy experience is required from last 12 months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

1 year in outpatient PT setting experience preferred.

Work Setting Experience Required: Acute Care, Outpatient Clinic, Rehabilitation Hospital and Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).

Skillset Required: Ortho/Neuro mix.

Charting: Cerner-AESIS

Scrubs: Black Pewter

RTO: RTO is due at time of submission. RTO after submission will not be accepted. Please ensure your traveler does not have any time off planned that will prevent them from completing pre-start compliance on time for the proposed start date. Block Scheduling cannot be accommodated.
