Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
12 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Alabama license or compact license

Additional Details:

No RTO will be approved during the following dates: Labor Day weekend: 8/30 - 9/2 Halloween Weekend: 10/30 - 11/3 Thanksgiving: 11/26 - 11/30

Patient Types: STEMI, NSTEMI, CHF, PE, Angina, ACS, afib

Skills Required: Pre and post op care, groin management, A-lines, Radial bands, TEE, cardioversions

Orientation:

Travelers who are new to the facility or return travelers who have been gone for 1+ years will have 24 hours of classroom time and 24 hours on the unit

Rehires: orientation will depend on last date here

Weekend rotation: On call every 4th weekend

On-Call: Every 4th weekend

Holiday Expectations: One major and one minor seasonal holiday per policy

Dress Code: Scrubs - Ceil Blue or Red/Black
