Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Travel experience is required from any number of months.
Must have at least 10 months of Long Term Care experience.
Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Alaska license

Additional Details:

RTO must be listed at time of submission.

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years

Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Preferred Skills/Experience: LTAC Experience: Preferred

Shift & Scheduling: : 4x12 Variable (or 3x12 Variable - traveler's choice) -Note that caregivers are not asked to rotate between night/day shifts (occasional exceptions for urgent staffing needs). Shifts will be either Days or Nights, but dependent on facility needs at time of start date. -Duration:Traveler's Choice for 26 or 13 week assignment
