Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.
References
Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on drivers license.

Previous Employment Requirements: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.

Required Credentials: Driver License is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license.

Unit/Facility Details: This department is a 28 unit, serving general surgical adult population and does have telemetry capability. The unit is also supported by PCTs and a Healthcare unit coordinator. Utilization of virtual sitter monitoring is available as well as monitor techs to monitor those on telemetry.

Special Requests: No Block Scheduling.

Shift & Scheduling: All jobs with a 12 hour schedule have the option of a 36 or 48 hour work week.
