Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

No block scheduling - must be willing to float, work weekends, and generally just be very flexible.

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Required Certifications: LSRT, (will accept a temp LSRT, takes 3-5 days to issue once fee is paid and proof of ARRT is received)

Call Requirement: On-call rotation per needs of the unit

Weekend Requirement: Yes every 3rd week at minimum

Equipment: PACS - Fujifilm

Scrubs: Black or Gray

Community Hospital Experience: Preferred

DL/ ID Is required with submission. Address on DL/ID Is used to verify local/traveler status
