Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
24 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
Trauma Level 3 experience is required from any number of months
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Delaware license or compact license

ACLS (Required)
Advanced AWHONN FHM (Required)
NRP (Required)
STABLE (Preferred)

Guaranteed Hours 36 hours per week
EOW
Level III Trauma Center and Level 1 perinatal center.
Desired STABLE, as a Level 1 center without a NICU.
What is the Nurse to patient ratio? 1:1-2 Labor side, 1:3-4 Mother-baby couples.
Potentially accompany high risk mother to facility with higher level of care.
