1:1 for pitocin inductions or unmedicated labor. 1:2 cervical ripening. 1:3 antepartum.
Midwives are in house 7a-7p with OB on call. OB laborists in house 7p-7a. 24/7 in house anesthesia.
Charge nurses typically triages.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred)
Recent OB, ED, or critical care experience (preferred)
Neonates (0-4 weeks) Infant (1-12 months) Pediatrics (1-12 years) Adolescents (13-17 years) Adults (18-64 years) Geriatrics (65 years and older)
