Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
Shift & Scheduling: 4 weekends shifts per 4 week block. Holiday Requirements: Typically 2 of the 5 (count the eves).
Required Skills/Experience: Must have two years ER experience - trauma Level I/II in the past three years. Level III or CAH not acceptable experience. Floating experience does not count toward experience requirement. Correctional facility experience does not count toward experience requirement. RN must read own tele, also have monitor tech as well.
Types of Patients on Unit: Any and all emergency needs.
Unit/Facility Details: Trauma Level: Level 3 trauma (ER ran like a level 1), STEMI and Stroke receiving- will ship out if stroke intervention required. 15-minute drive to Foothills freestanding ER.
Previous Employment Requirements: Cannot have an employment gap in the past 4+ months.
Special Requests: Block scheduling can not be guaranteed. If you require an interview with the manager, please make a note of it in your special requests. Travel pairs cannot request the same schedule
Floating Requirements: Shared schedule with Foothills- typically scheduled ahead of time, infrequent last-minute floating.
