Shift & Scheduling: With Call, Every third weekend, every other holiday. No self scheduling. we allow block scheduling.
Unit Details: AWHONN guidelines for ratios- 1:1 for pit, mag, or insulin drips. 1:3 couplet care.
Types of Patients on Unit: Mix. Mainly obstetric/neonates, hypertension, GDM, try not to deliver anyone less than 36 weeks
Required Skills/Experience: Must be able to read and interpret fetal strips, critical thinking, follow quality metrics. RNs required to titrate drips.
Floating Requirements: Will float to Medsurg & ER as needed
Technology Used on Unit: EFM System- traceview/PIP
Previous Employment Requirements: Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity within the past 12 months
Special Requests: RTO needed upfront - Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
