12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Seasonal Flu Vaccine is required if working during flu season (September 15-April 30th).

Must be fully vaccinated (exemptions are reviewed on a very limited basis).

No Block Scheduling for any Travelers at Salem.

Shift: Days/Eves Rotate - Days 7am-5:30pm, 1-2 rotations to weekend per 4 week schedule. 1-2 rotation to Eves 1p-11:30pm per 4 week cycle. 2-3 weekday calls per 4 week schedule.

Patient Population: Pediatric, Adult & Geriatric.
