Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Cardiac Transitional Care Unit experience with 9 months within the past 12 months.

3 months of experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a North Carolina license or compact license

Additional Details:

Cardiovascular Progressive Care (CVPC)

Required Skills/Experience: Stepdown experience and Telemetry experience.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Prior CV surgery and vascular surgery population experience (open heart, TAVR, lobectomy, AAA repair, and fem-pop bypass) within a year

• CVICU experience

Shift & Scheduling:

• No call.

• Weekend requirements minimum – 6 weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday day/night) per 6 week schedule period.

• Flexible to work Holiday

Floating Requirements: Any SD (1:5 ratios) or MS (1:6-7 ratios) unit, ER inpatient holding area (1:6).
