Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Pediatric Critical Care Float Pool experience within the past 3 years.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Virginia license or compact license

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Successful completion of a general care orientation is required as well as two critical care unit orientations (PICU, NICU, or ED) and can independently initiate standards of nursing practice related to assigned patients.

Special Requests: Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.

Shift & Scheduling: Day/Night, every other weekend
