Previous perm staff must be gone for 2 years before they are eligible to return in a traveler capacity. No exceptions.
Artificial nails are not allowed for any travelers. Failure to adhere could result in being sent home and/or terminated if policy is not followed.
If candidate worked a perm facility in the last 12 months, 1 reference must be from perm facility.
LPNs only: Must have previously worked on at least (1) a travel assignment with Trusted and have a reference from that assignment
Roles requiring a state licensure only: Cannot have any licensure hits

Required:
Cath Lab Tech with EP experience
Certification - Accepts: ARRT (R) / ARRT (CI) / ARRT (VI)
Patient Types: Cardiology Patients. EP is part of Cath Lab
Scrub and assist physicians with all EP procedures.
Monitor/Circulate cases in EP.
Be able to use a EP recording system
Experience with Impella/ IABP/ INARI, Lectrophysic, PVC, PT, Crio or transeptal ablations, Lazer lead extractions, Device work, EP recording systems
