Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Operating Room experience.
References
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from any number of months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a West Virginia license or compact license

ACLS (Required)
Vaccinations

Required Skills/Experience: Experience in Orthopedics, Vascular, GYN, Robotics, ENT, and General cases.
Special Requests: No travel pairs.
Shift & Scheduling: Monday-Friday with call every 4th weekend and two nights per week.
