Special Requests: Facility is only considering those that are willing to stay through the new year. To qualify for Auto Offer: Less than 5 days of RTO.
Floating Requirements: Will float to NICU, CV PICU, ED, stepdown, and MS as needed. Must be willing to comply with facility float expectations. Will be given an appropriate assignment in these areas.
Required Skills/Experience: First time travelers will be considered on a case by case basis. Typically unit wants first time travelers with more than 3 years of experience and Level 1 Trauma experience. Can screen for 1.5-2 years of experience. Please do not pass without 2 years of exp. Must rate themselves a 3/4 in Epic
Preferred Skills/Experience: Teaching Hospital Experience.
Shift & Scheduling: Every Other Weekend
Previous Employment Requirements: Cannot have worked perm for Nationwide for at least 2 years
Required Credentials: Current government issued photo ID is required within 24-48 hours of signing contract.
