Additional Details:
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
Required Skills/Experience: Must have scrub exp to be submitted. Special Requirements: heart & lung transplants, aortic dissections, ECMO. Screen if no previous Level I Trauma exp. Skills: Cardiovascular, CVOR, Transplant, Heart, Lung, Aortic Aneurysm repair.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Teaching Hospital Experience.
Required Credentials: Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program. First timers accepted: Yes, if they have Level I Trauma exp. ID: Drivers License/State ID, Government-Issued Photo ID.
Unit/Facility Details: This position requires scrub. Please confirm that your traveler is comfortable scrubbing and rates 3/4s in scrubbing CV/PV/Heart and Lung transplant. Parking Cost: Free.
Special Requests: RTO Restrictions: Must work 2/3 major holidays.
Shift & Scheduling: Call Req: approx 100 hrs/6 wks. 1 call weekend per 6 weeks (Friday evening to Monday morning).
Floating Requirements: Float Required: Yes, to other OR specialties. Candidates will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospital/s near by.
