Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from last 3 months.

12 months of Physical Therapy experience is required from last 3 months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

Experience with Oasis is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Details:

This will be in our Central Region (which is York County PA)- Could go to Lancaster or Adams counties.

Pre-Screen Unit - Candidate will be reviewed by clinical to determine clinical fit, if clinical pass and within Wellspan guidelines, candidate will be sent to the manager for final decision. Clinical screens will be sent on case-by-case basis.

Weekends: Varies Per Unit

Holidays: Traveler Will Be Expected To Work At Least 1 Major Holiday.

Could care for COVID patients.

RTO: MAX 7 days if more than 5 days of RTO, time will be added at the end of the contract to ensure a full 13 weeks
