Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.
Annual Skills Checklist is required for submission and can't expire during the expected contract dates.
Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months.
Required Skills/Experience: Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
Special Requests: Self scheduling for core staff, travelers added in. Will not approve blocked scheduling unless it's weekends only, I can ask. They also will not take duos that want same schedule or share car. RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
Shift & Scheduling: Minimum of 2 holidays that fall within contract time frame. Every other weekend
Floating Requirements: Typically PCU, occasionally Med Surg- will take same ratio of patients typically assigned on these units (1:4 or 1:5).
