Experience

12 months of role experience is preferred with some in the last 12 months.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

License

RRT (Required)

ACLS (Required)

PALS (Required)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

No Block Scheduling requests

Every other weekend and holidays as scheduled are required.

Failed fit tests due to facial hair and the inability to shave automatically disqualifies clinician from proceeding.

Weekend Requirement: yes every other WE

Holiday Requirement: yes 3 per year

On-Call Requirement: yes minimum once weekly

20:1 Patient Ratio

Knowledge, Education and Skills Required: 1.

High school diploma or equivalent.
Graduate of an accredited program in Respiratory Therapy.

2 years of Acute care experience - Required.

Vent management/Ability to do ABGs - required.

Must not have alternative jobs that would interfere with HMH schedule being a priority.
