Experience

18 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

6 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Clinicians must have at least 18 months of permanent full-time staff experience in the specialty applying to prior to having ever traveled.

Required Credentials: 1 Reference must be from the most recent place of employment.

Unit/Facility Details: Drivers License/State ID: Must carry a valid government issued photo ID while on assignment

Special Requests: All RTO to be discussed during interview and must be included at time of submission

Shift & Scheduling: Every 3rd weekend call
