Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

3 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

Must have at least 12 months of Physical Therapy experience within the past 24 months.

Experience with CPSI is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a license

Graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy

Unit/Facility Details: Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.
