Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 10 months of Surgical Intensive Care Unit experience.

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Massachusetts license

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Previous Employment Requirements: Must be separated from BILH for 6 months in order to be considered (perm, per diem, contract).

Required Skills/Experience: ICU and Tele experience

Must be proficient in medications and dysrhythmias.

Required Credentials: Day 1 pass/fail test will be administered.

Types of Patients on Unit: This unit sees a wide variety of acutely ill patients who may require additional acute therapies.

Unit/Facility Details: 24-bed high acuity unit with clinical specialties in General Surgery, Trauma, Transplant, and Cardiothoracic Surgery.

Shift & Scheduling: Monday - Friday
