Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Post Anesthesia Care Unit experience with 9 months within the past 12 months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Critical Care Experience--including titrating drips, caring for intubated patients, & caring for patients on a ventilator (RT available for help/resource). Caring for patients on BiPAP/CPAP (RT available for help/resource).

Preferred Skills/Experience: Previous PACU Phase 1 Experience at a Trauma Center Level 1 or 2.

Shift & Scheduling: FRI-SUN/ on call REQ / Weekends: manager to clarify per position. Must be available to start within six weeks of the date of submission.
