Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Nurse Management experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

Experience with PointClickCare is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Minnesota license

1 year of experience must be within a Skilled Nursing Facility.

LTC Management

Guaranteed Hours: 40

Must be able to serve as IDNS for Waconia MN. Must be willing to take call and work the floor when staffing gap arises and no other options are available.
